Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is Arclytic Games, publisher of the arclytic-games.com website and of its game pages.

For any question about your data: contact@arclytic-games.com

The data we collect

Email sign-ups: your email address, the language of the page, the sign-up date and the list you chose (being notified when a game is released, or becoming a tester). You tick the consent box yourself; without it, nothing is saved.

Clicks: when you click a download or wishlist button, we count the click per game and per store. This counter holds no data that identifies you.

Audience statistics: we use Umami, an analytics tool that sets no cookie and does not track you across websites. It only gives us aggregated figures (page views, country, device type).

Why, and on what basis

Emails are used only to write to you about what you asked for: a game release, or an invitation to test a prototype. The legal basis is your consent.

Click counters and statistics help us understand what works on the website. The legal basis is our legitimate interest, using non-identifying data.

How long we keep it

Your email is kept until you unsubscribe, or until the purpose for which you gave it has ended (for example sending the release email of the game). [Maximum duration to be confirmed.]

Every email we send contains a one-click unsubscribe link.

Who has access

Data is stored in a Google Cloud Firestore database and the website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (United States), under the safeguards these providers offer for transfers outside the European Union. [Email delivery provider: to be completed.]

We do not sell your data and do not pass it to third parties for advertising.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, its correction or erasure, or withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to contact@arclytic-games.com.

If you believe your rights are not being respected, you can lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country (in France, the CNIL).

Cookies

This website sets no tracking or advertising cookie. A technical cookie may remember your language.
